MaiKids’ Team consists of management and pedagogical staff. In our team we have passionate and experienced pedagogical workers who take care of your child(ren) with responsibility. Some pedagogical members have been working at MaiKids for over 20 years and are still happy to take care of the children!
At MaiKids, a maximum of three permanent pedagogical employees work on each group. This is important for your child because it enables him / her to build up a relationship of trust with our pedagogical management. The pedagogical staff can (in this safe contact) stimulate your child in his or her individual development. All this is done in a homely, relaxed atmosphere, in which your child can feel at ease.
What are the tasks of the pedagogical employee?
The pedagogical employees have a central role and the children have to be with them every day. The pedagogical staff member is responsible for the day-to-day care, development and care of a group of children at the day nursery.
The tasks of the pedagogical employee are:
- To guide children;
- To take care of children;
- Exchange information about children and activities with parents;
- Keep space and materials available;
- To promote expertise.
