MaiKids’ highest priority is quality of childcare and especially the pedagogical staff determines this quality. They ensure that children feel at home and are stimulated in their development.
To increase the children’s development, pedagogical quality and security MaiKids went in search of a method. That’s why we have opted for Video Interaction Guidance (VIB). VIB, video records on the groups which aids in the learning process of the pedagogical workers which evaluates one’s own work practice from a positive perspective. It also helps to find ways to create better interaction between pedagogical staff and child. The VIB recordings are only used for the evaluation and development to increase quality and therefore NOT FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
If you as a parent/guardian are AGAINST VIB making recordings of your child(ren), fill in a letter of objection that you can request from the group’s pedagogical staff.
